Holistic Therapy

​The word Holistic is adapted from the word 'whole' and when used in a healing context it implies that the therapy takes into account the whole person (the mind, body, heart, and spirit) and their lifestyle, rather than just the one aspect you may be wanting to work on.

The aim by taking this approach to your wellness is to support you to live your life as the best version of yourself! To help uncover the peace and harmony within yourself, your spirit, the earth, and universe. 

Working with the whole version of you, also means that you have the opportunity to learn how to love all of yourself; both the good and the bad. You will start to notice yourself as a whole person and slowly allow the harder stuff to be loved (by yourself and others) as well.

I'm a little different to the normal; I've always been outside of the box so working with me will feel unique because how can I help you live in your authentic light without honouring my own.

To achieve this outcome, I offer a range of holistic healing modalities including: Holistic Counselling, Massage, Facials and Energy Work to help assist you along your journey of uncovering yourself; of finding inner peace and harmony, and ease in your physical and energetic bodies.

Choosing to journey with me will be a unique experience, 100% tailored to you and your needs. I don't follow any specific rules, I feel and listen to what you may need and ensure I do everything in my power to deliver this to you.
