This gentle session channels universal energy into your Chakras, your body’s energy centres, to bring calm, balance, and ease to both body and mind. By supporting the flow through your Nadis (energy pathways), you’re invited to come home to a deeper sense of wholeness.
Together, we create space to release stored energies and emotions, clearing what no longer serves you to welcome fresh, healing energy; restoring harmony on all levels.
If you wish, the session can include the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls, helping your nervous system relax and your encouraging your body to naturally heal.
Energy healing is not just about clearing blockages, but remembering your natural flow, a practice of tuning inward, releasing, and receiving.
