hello beautiful,
thank you for your curiosity! here's a little more about me

Jen giving herself a hug infront of the ocean

Hey, I’m Jen!

I’m an ocean-dipping, barefoot wanderer, romantasy-devouring, small garden tending human, someone who loves slow mornings just as much as a spontaneous adventure. I’m the kind of person who will turn cooking dinner into a full kitchen rave (music loud, windows open, two meals going at once) or disappear into a four hour bath with a book and absolutely no sense of time!

For a lot of my life, I avoided being alone with myself, I was scared to look at myself, and be with myself so much that I kept myself busy, distracted, and connected to everyone and everything around me.

It was easier to focus outward than to sit with what was actually going on underneath.. Until I reached a point where I was kind of forced to pause. To be with myself in a way I hadn’t before. And slowly, gently, start learning who I am, what I like, what I need, and how to actually be with myself in a way that felt safe.

That experience has shaped so much of how I hold space now.

I don’t expect you to have it all figured out when you come here. If anything, this is a place where you get to explore that, with support. A space where you don’t have to do it all on your own, where you can have a hand to hold as you turn inward.

From a really young age, I found people would open up to me in ways they hadn’t before, like they’d finally feel comfortable enough, like there was space for them to share what was really going on beneath the surface. I didn’t fully understand it then, but I was learning how to sit with someone, to listen, and to hold what was being shared with care.

That curiosity is what led me into this work, but more truthfully, it was my own seasons of disconnection, pushing, and trying to hold it all together that deepened it. I know what it’s like to feel out of sync with yourself, and how much it changes when you finally feel safe enough to soften.

Healing has always been around me, through my mum and nan who worked intuitively and with deep care, but over time it became something I chose to walk more intentionally.

That unfolded into both formal training and lived experience, including studies in holistic counselling and energy healing, psychotherapy-informed and parts work training, a diploma in beauty therapy, and further training across bodywork, yoga, yin, and yoga nidra. Alongside this, I’ve spent over a decade working as a holistic therapist, supporting women in spaces that range from structured to deeply personal and intuitive.

What I’ve come to know is this, healing isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about creating the kind of safety, within your body and your inner world, where you can gently come back into connection with yourself.

Today, I work from my heart-led home sanctuary, a warm, softly held space with gentle textures, calming scents, and room for you to fully exhale. A place where you don’t need to perform, push, or have it all figured out.

Each session is intuitive and responsive to you. We might talk, we might work with the body, we might bring in touch, breath, sound, or stillness. I weave together holistic counselling, massage, facials, energy work, and embodied practices so that what you’re moving through isn’t just understood, it’s actually felt, processed, and gently shifted.

At the heart of my work is the belief that you are your own healer. My role is to walk beside you, to help you listen more closely to your body, your emotions, and your inner knowing, and to support you in building a relationship with yourself that feels steady, compassionate, and real.

This is a space to rest and receive, but also a space where subtle, meaningful change begins. The kind that doesn’t rely on force or pressure, but unfolds through awareness, safety, and small, honest moments of connection with yourself.

I work with women who are ready to slow down, to feel supported, and to come back to themselves in a way that actually feels nourishing and sustainable.

With love,
Jen xx
